Politique d’expédition
Only one shipment per order will be made, so all orders will be shipped as soon as all the items in the order are in stock. If they are not all available in stock, the estimated date when the order becomes ready for shipping will be the latest arrival date among all items in the order, note that we can accept your order even if the product is in re-stock process, and you will need to wait all itens are available to order be shipped. Our website shows stock availability including re-stock products. In case that, for any reasons, it becomes utterly impossible to provide an item included in the order, that item will be cancelled and the order will proceed.
Shipping
Shipments will be made according to the shipping method choosen by the customer from those available on the site. Postage and packaging expenses will be calculated for each order based on the destination country of the shipment and the weight of the purchased items. Delivery times of each available shipping option will always be asumed as estimated in business days, unless otherwise specified. Any order with could take between 30/45 days to arrive your shipping destination.
We Offer Free-Shipping in orders of minimum 200€ except on orders above 10kg weight.
After the order has been shipped, the customer has a maximum period of 90 days (3 months) to report any delivery-related issues, including loss, non-receipt, or significant delays.
Within this period, we will review the case and, where applicable, cooperate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
After 90 days from the shipping date, the order will be considered accepted and completed, and no claims, investigations, reshipments, or refunds will be possible.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.
