Finished Model of the Volkswagen Polo R WRC - Rally Monte Carlo 2014 - 1/24 Belkits Model Kit build by Ian Clitheroe of ian124rally

The only change i made to this kit was to add a set of decals from MF Zone just to change it to Monte Carlo Rally version.

For the Weathering i uses AK RAF camouflage Biege RC301. I used on the tyre walls. Just dry brushed it on until i got the effect i wanted.

For the bodywork, i went 50/50 with automotive thinners.

All i'm using at the moment is a cheap-as-chips airbrush, but it does the job pretty well. This is only the third build where i've weathered with an airbrush, so i'm still learning to get the finish i have in my mind. Maybe i'll step up to a more professional airbrush in the future.
