In 1962 the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider evolved with the adoption of some aesthetic improvements on the bodywork, some interior details and, the new 1.570 cm3 four cylinder engine able to release 92 Hp.
Thanks to the new engine the Italian car was able to reach the max speed of 172 Km/h.
The mechanical lay-out was based on the rear-wheel drive and four independent wheel suspension.
The "Veloce" sport version was able to offer to the customers a powerful engine (112 Hp) with two carburetors and the adoption of the disk brakes on the frontal wheels.
Italieri has reproduced this model, with a kit that lends itself to a great deal of detail work, since it allows the front compartment where its small aluminum engine is located to be seen, and the doors to be opened to admire the interior of this coquettish convertible.
