This is a scale model kit to be assembled by an adult; it includes all the parts as indicated, but it does not include glue or paints, that you can also buy at DModelkits Store.
The Jaguar XJ 220 became famous for its top speed record among production cars, reaching 350 km/h, held from 1992 to 1994, but was rarely seen in competition.
Officially, it only raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1993 and 1995, but some examples were seen in private hands in both the British and Italian Championships, which is precisely where the version that this kit allows to be made was raced.
This XJ220 was slightly modified compared to the road car, and did not have factory support, but it did feature iconic decoration thanks to its main sponsor, Martini.
The kit includes the BBS wheels that it used in competition, as well as a specific competition interior with seat, steering wheel, fire extinguisher and door panels.
In addition, the kit allows the complete engine to be made, which will be visible through the rear engine cover.
