The Historical 1986 edition of the Monte Carlo Rally where all the Group B cars participate was a very dificult rally, with a lot of snow in certain areas.

The official Lancia team already participates with the new Delta S4, but Salvador Serviá  participate again in Montecarlo with his reliable Lancia 037, and make a great exhibition, finishing in seventh position behind the backs of the official cars.
